Returns and Shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS within the United States and will be assigned a tracking number. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of your order placement.

If you would like a refund or exchange, we will gladly accept your request within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns.

Please contact us at BrihannaNicoleBoutique@gmail.com before returning any items. We will not be able to accept your return unless your return has been approved via email.

All refunds/store credit will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returned items must have all tags and packaging in tact. Please include your original packing slip in your returned package. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Brihanna Nicole reserves the right to determine whether items returned are in acceptable, new condition.

Brihanna Nicole is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages. If your order is lost, please contact your local postal office.

Return Policy for Custom Made items

All custom made garments are final sale and are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate measurements- the garment will be made according to the measurements given.
